This neighborhood of duplex townhomes was the last phase of townhomes and was built by Cambridge Homes. The 48 units are between Manchester Drive and Dunham Road. This association, like other residential associations, has a Board of Directors composed of unit owners in this neighborhood. The monthly assessment does not cover the exterior maintenance of these units, it is the direct responsibility of the unit owners. Manchester Drive, Edington Lane, and Regency Court are "curbed" roadways, maintained and plowed by the Village of Gurnee.

Cambridge of HeatherRidge Homeowners Association Board Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Wednesday of the alternate months (November 16, 2011, January 18, 2012; March 21, 2012; May 16, 2012; July 18, 2012; & September 19, 2012 annual meeting) at 7:00 P.M. at the StoneyBrook/Cambridge Recreation Center.
