This neighborhood is composed of two four story mid-rise condo buildings and one six story condo building, located to the South of the golf course. The unit owners in this neighborhood are not directly responsible for building maintenance. This association manages those activities, using a portion of the monthly assessment for each unit.

Meeting Schedule:  January 11, 2011;  February 8, 2011;  March 8, 2011;  April 12, 2011; May 10, 2011; June 14, 2011;  July 12, 2011;  August 9, 2011; September 13, 2011;    October 11, 2011; November 8, 2011.  Annual Homeowners' Meeting when election to Board of Directors is held.
