This neighborhood is composed of two four story mid-rise condo buildings, located to the North of the golf course. One is on Chandler Road and the other is on Whitney Court. The unit owners in this neighborhood are not directly responsible for building maintenance. This association manages those activities, using a portion of the monthly assessment for each unit.  Hidden Hills Condominium Association meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of alternate months (Jan 19, Mar 16, June 15 Annual, Aug 17, Oct 19) at 1 pm in the lobby of one of the condo buildings.  Check the HeatherRidge Happenings or check with a Board member.
