This neighborhood of townhomes was the first phase of HeatherRidge and is located in the center of the property, to the North of the golf course. This association, like other residential associations, has a Board of Directors which is composed of unit owners in this neighborhood. The unit owners are not responsible for the exterior maintenance of their units; that work is managed by this association, using part of the monthly unit assessments.  Hidden Hills Townhome Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month (no December meeting).  January 18, 2011; February 15, 2011; March 15, 2011; April 19, 2011; May 17, 2011; June 14, 2011; July 19, 2011; August 16, 2011; September 20, 2011; October 18, 2011; November 15; 2011; at 7:00 pm at HHRC.
