HeatherRidge

Residential Associations

Home   Official Pages

Each unit in HeatherRidge belongs to one of eight neighborhood residential associations. These neighborhood residential associations have Boards of Directors and officers who are elected HeatherRidge homeowners.

Additionally, each of the neighborhood residential associations selects and retains a property management firm.  The responsibilities of each of these property management firms vary, depending on the type of housing unit in that neighborhood and the types of services the neighborhood residential association wants the property management firm to provide or manage (i.e., garbage pickup, water, sewer, exterior siding, roofs, etc.).

The property management firms collect the monthly association assessment from each resident.  That assessment is a combination of budgeted amounts for the HeatherRidge Umbrella Association, the Central Recreation Facility, and the neighborhood recreation center (pool, etc.).  Then the property management fees that pay for the residential services are added for an aggregate assessment amount.

The first area to be built was Hidden Hills; the last was Cambridge. Each association has its own web page listing their Board members, committees, residential property management firm, or other local information.
