This neighborhood is composed of single family homes and is in the North East quadrant of HeatherRidge. The homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of their own homes and nearby landscape. The Umbrella Association is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas in this neighborhood. Like all residential associations, there is a Board of Directors which is composed of homeowners who have units in this neighborhood.   StoneyBrook Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month (no December meeting).  January 18, 2011; February 15, 2011; March 15, 2011; April 19, 2011; May 17, 2011; June 14, 2011; July 19, 2011; August 16, 2011; September 20, 2011; October 18, 2011; November 15; 2011; at 7:00 pm at SBCRC.
