April 2011

I.                    Administrative & Finance:

·         IT study currently being conducted, proposals for phone system in the current board pack.  Computer for security bids received, will be discussed with Security Committee and Department Head and purchased according to purchasing policy.  Other items pending.

·         Property Walk – To be scheduled for May as weather is improving.

·         Elliptical for CB Rec Center is approved, pending purchase.

·         Collection meeting to discuss creation of a uniform collection policy tentatively scheduled for 5/3.

·         Retirement Plan update: New broker selected, meeting set for 4/28 with participants.

 II.                  Maintenance/Landscape:

·         HeatherRidge Drive will be repaved this year by the village, dates pending.

·         Seal coating – seeking guidance based on feedback from Maintenance.

·         Paving on the Golf Course maintenance lot and Stewart Ct to be reviewed per the schedule.

·         Follow up on the drainage issues in the Hidden Hills Townhome area that were carried forward from 2010 is in process.  Bids received, needs TLLCISI approval in May.

·         Exterior inspection of all HUA buildings was performed.  The only major item was the replacement/repair of the CB Rec center roof.  Bidding is in process.

·         I will be meeting with the Department Heads and the Committee to discuss the creation of a comprehensive governing document/policies.

 III.                Other:

·         Mother's Day brunch became too expensive at this time, the RAC Committee is looking for other community events.
