I.                   Administrative & Finance:

 ·        The initial draft of the budget should be completed shortly.

 ·        Trying to schedule a follow-up meeting with the residential associations in September on the collections policies issue.

 II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

        ·        HeatherRidge Drive paving to begin 8/22 or 8/23.  During working hours one-way traffic will be allowed in from Milwaukee and out-bound traffic will be routed to the Gages Lake exit.

        ·        Paving on the Golf Course maintenance lot was reviewed per the schedule.  Decision pending board approval at August meeting. 

        ·        Covered Bridge Rec Center roofing bids received – work scheduled for after pool season.

        ·        Hidden Hills Rec Center siding project pending board approval at August meeting.

        ·        Storm damage recovery is an ongoing effort.

        ·        Pond cleaning on #’s 12-13 started in August. 

        ·        The Village has cited issues with the covered bridge structure.  Engineering bids pending board approval in August meeting.

        ·        The Village has also cited issues with water volumes on the golf course ponds.  The situation is being reviewed and various plans of dealing with the issue are being formulated.
