I.                   Administrative & Finance: 

·        Review of the rules and regulations by TLLCISI is ongoing. 

·        Three (3) nomination forms received.  To be mailed with proxies 2/25/11.  GEOC Meeting scheduled.

·        All-Employee meeting held to discuss status/upcoming projects/HR issues.

 II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

·        Snow removal for our big snow went on with minimal issues given the circumstances.  I want to give our staff a public thank you for their tireless efforts and the excellence in which they handled the issue.

·        Much effort has been exerted since moving the snow to more desired areas and also clearing areas for proper drainage for the recent thaws.

·        We have identified a spring action plan and are working on details.

 III.             Other:

·        Got approval on the purchase of new equipment for the Covered Bridge Rec Center from Neighborhood Rec Committee.  Awaiting Board approval this evening.  Assuming approval, the next step would be delivery and setting up a quick training/introduction session.

·        Recycling – sent follow-up letter to Residential Management Companies and Residential Board Presidents.  Have had four responses, two opting out.
