    I.                   Administrative & Finance:

                  ·        Review of the rules and regulations by TLLCISI is ongoing. 

·        Nomination forms with letter of explanation were mailed to the unit owners and we have received two completed forms back.  Due date is 2/4/11.

·        2011 project planning meetings to take place with department heads shortly.

·        The social activities director participated in a Bridal Show to promote the Clubhouse as a wedding reception venue on 01/23.  Results/feedback to be given verbally due to timing.

 II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

·        Street Maintenance schedule has been completed.

·        Turf damage from plowing seems to be under control.

·        Maintenance items identified in November for the rec centers and the CRF are nearly complete.

 III.             Other:

·        Information for the refurbishment of the Covered Bridge recreation center fitness equipment/facilities passed on to appropriate committee…still awaiting direction.
