I.                   Administrative & Finance:

·        The annual financial audit will be taking place the last week of July.  Report usually a few months after the site visit.

·        Budget process will begin in early August.

·        Trying to schedule a follow-up meeting with the residential associations in September on the collections policies issue.

 II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

·        HeatherRidge drive will be repaved this year by the village, dates still pending.

·        Paving on the Golf course maintenance lot was reviewed per the schedule.  Decision pending quotes.

·        Repairs needed to Mitchell Court from last year’s work.

·        Covered Bridge Rec center roofing bids received – work scheduled for after pool season.

·        Still recovering from storm damage.  See separate memo.

·        Tennis court work has been completed. 

·        Pond cleaning on #’s 12-13 scheduled for this year.  Contractor has been on site for preliminary review.

·        The Village has cited issues with the covered bridge structure.  Currently soliciting bids from structural engineers.

·        The Village has also cited issues with water volumes on the golf course ponds.  The situation is being reviewed and various plans of dealing with the issue are being formulated. 

III.             Other:

·        No contract report as of this time as there are no pending contracts until September.
