I.                    Administrative & Finance:

·         New Copier is in place.  So far results are positive and we are already seeing benefits.  Full utilization will occur once office wiring is completed.

 II.                  Maintenance/Landscape:

·         HeatherRidge Drive will be repaved this year by the village, dates still pending.

·         Paving on the Golf Course maintenance lot and Stewart Court reviewed per the schedule.  Decision pending quotes.

·         Dunham Road garage downspouts and drainage have been completed.

·         Covered Bridge Rec Center roofing bids received – pending committee and board approval.

·         Quite a bit of storm damage this past month.  HUA has filed insurance claims for the sign on Route 120 and a loss of a tree (3-foot in diameter).  RAC Committee to review signage options and propose a replacement.

·         Storm clean-up has put the Landscaping Department behind on deciduous bush shearing.  The Department is working Saturday 6/25 to catch up.

·         Tennis court work has been started.  Going slowly due to inclement weather.  Should be completed as of this meeting.

 III.                Other:

·         New Social Activities Director, Matt Nordigian started 6/1.  Transition is going smoothly.  Short-term goals to be defined shortly with longer-term goals to be developed by budget time.

·         No contract report as of this time as there are no pending contracts until September.
