I.                    Administrative & Finance:

·         Phone system contract has been signed, installation will be occurring shortly.

·         Property Walk – Will be scheduled shortly.

·         Elliptical for CB Rec Center has been delivered.

·         Collection meeting to discuss creation of a uniform collection policy took place on 5/3.  Follow up work and meeting pending.

·         Copier  -  bids received.  Pending committee and board approval.  We have a proposal on the table to bring printing The HeatherRidge Happenings in-house as part of our copier lease renewal.  The proposal would save the HUA several hundred dollars a month.

·         Monthly sales recap for the CRF has been produced and included for review.

 II.                  Maintenance/Landscape:

·         HeatherRidge Drive will be repaved this year by the village, dates still pending.  They will be doing some of the prep work shortly, however.

·         Seal coating – contacted other villages.  State that they don't seal coat because it is more for aesthetics than purpose.

·         Paving on the Golf Course maintenance lot and Stewart Ct reviewed per the schedule.  Decision pending quotes.

·         Follow up on the drainage issues in the Hidden Hills Townhome area that were carried forward from 2010 is in process.  Bids received, need Committee and Board approval in May.

·         Covered Bridge Rec Center roofing bids received - pending committee and board approval.

·         Maintenance has put in a good deal of time preparing the pools for this season.

·         Landscape will be replacing a lot of live material in the Covered Bridge area this year on top of the normal disease and storm damage attention given to all areas throughout the year.
