I.                   Administrative & Finance:

·        Website review pending this meeting.

·        Office printer and phone updates complete.  Still working through some transition issues.

·        Election process started, awaiting final information from Residential Associations (RAs).

·        Revision of the Six-Year Plan format and analysis of allocation nearly complete.

·        Delinquency reporting format forwarded to RAs for comment.

 

II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

·        Winter post installation nearly complete.  A few isolated spots in Hidden Hills to be addressed.

·        Storm damage report included in packet. 

·        New 4-wheel drive dump truck has been purchased with upgraded hydraulics and plow.

·        Winter walk of facilities complete.  Only minor issues need to be addressed. 

·        New contractor for StoneyBrook plowing signed.  Expectations have been set and put into writing.  As usual, I expect transitional issues but hoping to minimize through communication.

 

III.             Other:

·        Security putting together bids for a new squad car per the Six-Year Plan.
