     I.                    Administrative & Finance:

·         Review of the rules and regulations by TLLCISI is ongoing.  Draft nearly complete.

·         Elections procedures have been approved and are in the process of attorney review/implementation.

·         Meeting with SWALCO 11/19 to discuss progress on recycling.

·         Contract tickler completed.

II.                  Maintenance/Landscape:

·         The paving project has been completed.  All punch list items have been addressed and final payment is pending.

·         Street maintenance schedule is in-process.

·         Snow plan is complete and in the packet for review.

·         Drainage issues in Hidden Hills have been reviewed and are being addressed.  Some will have to be tabled as spring projects.

·         Walk-through of recreation centers to occur after Thanksgiving to identify maintenance issues to be addressed over the winter.

III.                Other:

·         Information for the refurbishment of the Covered Bridge Recreation Center fitness equipment/facilities passed on to appropriate committee … still awaiting direction.
