I.                   Administrative & Finance:

·        We have received no comment on the budget post September approval.

·        2010 Draft Audit received and reviewed by Audit Committee.  Initial auditor opinion is qualified (same as last year).

·        HUA office working with the new Publication’s committee to present a proposal to upgrade the CRF website and Happenings in November.

 II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

·        Paving on the Golf Course maintenance lot is complete.  Mitchell Ct is on hold pending review by asphalt supplier. 

·        Hidden Hills Rec Center siding project is progressing with only a minor add-on.

·        Focus for these departments are shifting to winter prep.

·        Walls installation for ponds 7/8/9 are on-going in as I write this. 

·        Awaiting report from engineers on Covered bridge issue.

·        The Village of Gurnee has also cited issues with water volumes on the golf course ponds.  The situation is being reviewed and various plans of dealing with the issue are being formulated.
