I.                   Administrative & Finance:

·        We are currently awaiting final loan documents to be signed.  They are currently being reviewed by the attorneys of but the HUA and the bank.  I have been in regular contact with Peter Santangelo at Barrington Bank. 

·        Review of the rules and regulations by TLLCISI is ongoing.  Currently awaiting direction from the association attorney regarding the recent IL legislative changes and how it affects voting and the House of Delegates.

·        I have collected as much information as possible for the proposed recycling project and handed it over to the village and SWALCO for further review.

 II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

·        The paving project is ongoing and will likely continue through mid-October.

·        In October we will begin reviewing snow removal procedures and other winter projects.

·        I have completed review of the open work orders.  The intent was to assess status and update homeowners with open requests of status.

 III.             Other:

·        Currently collecting information for the refurbishment of the Covered Bridge recreation center fitness equipment/facilities.
