I.                   Administrative & Finance:

·        The final budget will be presented tonight.

·        Collection meeting went well, new reporting process to be developed.

·        The phone transition is just about complete.

 II.                Maintenance/Landscape:

·        HeatherRidge Drive paving is complete.

·        Paving on the Golf Course maintenance lot will begin in October along with a re-work on Mitchell Court. 

·        Covered Bridge Rec Center roofing is complete.

·        Hidden Hills Rec Center siding project is in process.

·        Storm damage recovery has been completed to a point and we are back on track to catch up with other landscaping work.

·        Walls for ponds 7/8/9 are going in as I write this. 

·        The Village of Gurnee has cited issues with the Covered Bridge structure.  Engineering bids pending board approval in September meeting.

·        The Village of Gurnee has also cited issues with water volumes on the golf course ponds.  The situation is being reviewed and various plans of dealing with the issue are being formulated.
