The HeatherRidge Umbrella Association is responsible for the management of all common property, including the recreation centers, golf and tennis facilities, private (un-curbed) roadways, paths, the woods, and the other community amenities.  The HUA Umbrella Board is composed of homeowners elected by the HeatherRidge House of Delegates.  The board employs a Community Manager, and the Administrative, Landscape, Maintenance, and Security staffs to perform the day-to-day operations of the HeatherRidge community.
