Dear HeatherRidge Umbrella Association Delegates and Alternate Delegates,

At the direction of the President of the HUA Board, meetings of the Delegates have been scheduled for July 25th at the CRF for the purpose of reviewing and discussing the current status of the Golf Visions lawsuit and judgment.   Additionally, we will

discuss the lawsuit and the upcoming special election for the purpose of filling the vacant board positions.

The meetings shall be conducted according to the following schedule:

· Hidden Hills delegates: 10:00 AM

· Covered Bridge delegates: 12:00 noon

· Stoneybrook delegates: 2:00 PM

Because this matter involves ongoing litigation, attendance shall be restricted to delegates and alternate delegates only.

If for some reason you are unable to attend in person, please contact the office at (847) 816-9300. We value your time and input and therefore respectfully request your attendance.

Sincerely,

HeatherRidge Umbrella Association Board

It has come to the BOD'a attention that there is frustration expressed regarding the upcoming delegate meeting to be held 07/25/26. The meeting is closed meeting limited to delegates only as the discussion will include legal topics that are not as of yet final. The expectation is that the open issues will be finalized on 07/28/26. That will be shared with the entire membershio thereafter. Thank you for your understanding.
